Chris Warren's Monthly Update

 While the market is still flat, the real estate sky has not exactly fallen in. Buyers are still buying but the price has to be right. the only reason properties are not selling is they are still priced too high.

 Certainly, sellers who bought in the last 2 or 3 years may not see a profit if they sell now, once again proving property is a long term investment.

Be reasonable with your asking price and listen to the market.
